Crossfit!

Wow, I started a crossfit program, and it’s awesome. I may be fat, but I’ve always considered myself strong. But these workouts are kicking my butt! My first workout was a 1 mile run, 150 back extensions and 150 situps. I replaced the situps with crunches, and crap was I in pain the next day! Two days later I did a “tabata,” where you perform whatever exercise for 20 seconds, rest for 10, and so on. I did assisted pullups, pushups, situps and squats. The goal is to get in as many reps as possible in the time, my totals were 255 That was yesterday. I made the mistake of not taking a rest, the tabata kicked me.

And today was arm intensive.

run 400 meters/100dips/run 400 meters/50pushups/run 400 meters/50handstand pushups.

I did the dips fine, but I could only muster 10 pushups (I did 70 yesterday). I did 5 minutes of handstands instead of pushups, I tried to push up, but my arms were wiped. =3
